Description

A bottle of Dojima Junmai Sake Kai, made from Japanese sake rice and pure English water. This was produced by Dojima Sake Brewery UK & Co., based at Fordham Abbey, Cambridge, and is the brewery's first release since opening in 2018.

This is bottle number 335 of 500.

Dojima Brewery was founded in 2018 by Yoshihide Hashimoto, a leading figure in sake whose family have produced sake at Kotobuki Shuzo Brewery in Tonda for five generations.
