Description

A bottle of 2005 Pinot Gris Zellberg from Domaine Ostertag in Alsace.

The Zellberg vineyard has soils rich in limestone, clay and sandstone, and the wine itself is matured in oak casks in a fashion more in keeping with the production of white Burgundy.
