Description

A bottle of Lagavulin 8 Year Old. This was released to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the founding of Lagavulin distillery by John Johnston in 1816.

The age-statement was inspired by Alfred Barnard, a brewing and distilling historian who visited Lagavulin in the 1880s and tasted an 'exceptionally fine' eight year old whisky from the distillery.
