Description

An exceptionally rare, second release bottle of 50-year-old Glenfiddich single malt Scotch whisky.

The whisky was bottled on 15 July, 2009, after spending five decades in Warehouse 8, maturing in 100% American and European oak casks. Significantly, this is the last Glenfiddich single malt to have had its barley malted in the distillery's malt barns which closed in 1960.

The entire bottle is also accentuated with Scottish silver and comes with a certificate of authenticity, as well as a book detailing both the bottle's and the distillery's history.

Bottle No.87.
