Description

A bottle of Macallan 1841 Replica, the third release in the Replica series. This bottle has been faithfully recreated from an original bottling of 1841 Macallan by Priest & Davidson, owners of the distillery between 1847 and 1851.

The Replica series is somewhat controversial as the collection on which the replicas are based was revealed to contain a large number of false bottles. Whatever the provenance of the original bottles, this modern bottling was given 95 points by the late whisky writer Michael Jackson.
