A bottle of No Name blended malt whisky from independent bottler Compass Box. This was bottled in September 2017.
This is Compass Box's peatiest whisky yet and is made from 75.5% malt whisky produced on Pier Road, Islay; 10.6% malt whisky made near the village of Port Askaig; 13.4% malt whisky produced near the village of Brora; and 0.5% blended Highland malt.
This is one of 15000 bottles.
This bottle comes from the private collection of one of the original employees at Compass Box. His collection of Compass Box whiskies spans the history of the brand from the first bottling released in 2000 to more recent limited editions.
