A bottle of Jean Fillioux Rome de Bellegarde 1894 l'Eveil des Sens. This Grande Champagne Cognac was discovered in the cellars of Jean Fillioux by fifth generation cellar master Pascal Fillioux in 2004, and is alleged to be the first blend created by Jean Fillioux in 1894.
It is blended from four different eaux-de-vie matured for over 70 years, and is presented in a French crystal decanter.
This is one of 67 bottles.
This Cognac holds the Guinness World Record for the 'Most Expensive Shot of Cognac'. In 2018, at 4cl measure was sold for £10,014 at a London bar.
