A set of three bottles of Peller Estates Ice Wine, bottled as part of the Andrew Peller Signature Series:

1 x Peller Estates 2006 Oak Aged, 20cl, 11.5% ABV

1 x Peller Estates 2007 Cabernet Franc, 20cl, 11.5% ABV

1 x Peller Estates 2008 Vidal, 20cl, 11.5% ABV

Ice wine (or Eiswein in German) is a type of dessert wine produced from grapes that have been frozen while left to ripen for an extended period on the vine. The sugars do not freeze, but the water does, allowing for fermentation of more concentrated grape must and resulting in intensely sweet wine.
