Description

A bottle of James Martin's VVO Gold Bar Extra Quality blended Scotch whisky. This was blended and bottled by James Martins & Co. Ltd. We estimate this was bottled in the 1950s.

This bottle is from a large collection built up during the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s and early 1970s.

The New Zealand based collection is mainly comprised of blended Scotch whiskies and early Single Malt Scotch whiskies produced for export markets.

The bottles were inherited and conserved by the seller, the collector’s son.

This James Martin's VVO sold at our online auction for £160
