Description

A bottle of Bacardi Carta de Oro rum, produced in Cuba before the Bacardi family fled to the US following the 1959 Cuban Revolution led by Fidel Castro. We estimate this was bottled in the 1920s to 1930s.

The back label reads: These spirits were taxpaid at the non beverage rate for medicinal purposes only. Sale or use for other purposes will subject the seller or user to very heavy penalties.

There is no size or ABV stated on the label.
