Description

A 50cl bottle of Midleton single pot still Irish whiskey. Edition No.2 was made by Master Blender Billy Leighton and Academy Tutor David McCabe, using whiskey matured in two ex-bourbon barrels: one second-fill barrel from 2004, and one first-fill barrel from 2005. This was bottled for The Irish Whiskey Academy, the art training facility located in County Cork on the grounds of the Old and New Midleton Distilleries, and given to attendees of the course.

This Midleton Edition No.2 sold at our online auction for £180
