El Dorado Enmore, Port Mourant & Versailles Rare Collection 3 x 70cl

This lot contains three bottles of El Dorado rum bottled as a part of the Rare Collection:

1 x El Dorado 12 Year Old Demerara rum. This was distilled in 2002 in Versailles' VSG Wooden Single Pot Still (the world's only operational still of it's kind), matured in ex-bourbon barrels, and bottled at 63% ABV in 2015.

1 x El Dorado 15 Year Old Demerara rum. This was distilled in 1999 in Port Mourant's PM Wooden Double Pot Still (the world's only operational still of it's kind), matured in ex-bourbon barrels, and bottled at 61.4% ABV in 2015.

1 x El Dorado 21 Year Old Demerara rum. This was distilled in 1993 in Enmore's EHP Coffey Still (the world's only surviving wooden column still), matured in ex-bourbon barrels, and bottled at 56.5% ABV in 2015.

The Rare Collection is a range of Single Marque aged rums. These unique rums are all distilled in the heritage stills located at Diamond Distillery in Guyana, and aged in tropical conditions at the company's barrel warehouse.
