Description

A bottle of 1955 vintage Chambertin. Shipped for your pleasure, by J Belmar (by Negociant) A Beaune, Côte d'Or.

Chambertin is located within the commune of Gevrey-Chambertin, and it is situated approximately in the centre of a group of nine Grand Cru vineyards all having 'Chambertin' as part of their name. There are 32.7 acres of vineyard currently in production for the Chambertin AOC, corresponding to slightly less than 60,000 bottles per year.
