Description

A 50cl bottle of Midleton single pot still. This was made by master blender, Billy Leighton, using whiskey matured in four American ex-bourbon barrels: one 'second fill' barrel from 1995, one 'second fill' barrel from 2003, and two 'first fill' barrels from 2003. This was bottled for The Irish Whiskey Academy, the art training facility located in County Cork on the grounds of the Old and New Midleton Distilleries.

This Midleton Edition No.1 sold at our online auction for £210
