Description

This lot contains two bottles of Riecine Sebastiano 1999, an intensely sweet 'Passito' wine from Tuscany. These were produced in the Chianti district from organically-grown Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes which were either cane cut and left to dry on the vine (with harvest in December) or harvested by hand just before the estate's Sangiovese crop and left to dry and concentrate. The residual sugar level is something in the region of 200 grams per litre.
