Description

A bottle of Grand Coronation 15 Year Old Blended Scotch whisky. This was imported to the US by Barton Distillers Import Corp., New York, and bottled by Pristine Liquor Products, Newark. We estimate this was bottled in the early to mid 1950s.

This bottle is from the collection of Bill Pigati, whose family have owned Del Rio, a famous restaurant near Chicago, since the 1920s.

The majority of the bottles in the collection were purchased in the 1940s and 1950s, and it is mainly comprised of blended scotch whiskies, which were very popular during the period.

This Grand Coronation 15 Year Old sold at our online auction for £90
