A bottle of Old English Gin produced by Hammer & Son Ltd.

Old English Gin is made from a 1783 recipe, using eleven botanicals in the oldest pot still being used in England today. The presentation in a Champagne bottle reflects the common habit of eighteenth century gin manufacturers in re-using the heavy glass bottles for their product.
