Bottle Auction

Description

A magnum bottle of 1997 Torcalato dessert wine from Breganze in the foothills of the Dolomite mountains northwest of Venice. It is made from a blend of indigenous Vespaiola, Garganega and Tocai grapes, which are dried for four to five months prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks and ageing in barriques (one third new) for 18 months.
