Description

A bottle of Tormore 12 Year Old.

Tormore is a comparatively modern distillery and was built by Schenley International, owner of the Long John brand, in 1959, with distillation commencing in 1961. Since opening, the number of stills double from four to eight, each of which is enhanced by a copper purifier. A time capsule is buried in the distillery forecourt, due to be opened in 2060, it contains some glasses and a large bottle of Long John blended whisky.
