A bottle of Old Angus Scotch Whisky blended and bottled by Train & McIntyre,

Train & McIntyre was the proprietor of Glenlochy distillery between 1937 and 1953.

We estimate this was bottled in the late 1940s pre 1953 when the company was purchased by the DCL.

Please note there is no size or ABV stated on the labels.

This bottle is from a large collection built up during the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s and early 1970s.

The New Zealand based collection is mainly comprised of blended Scotch whiskies and early Single Malt Scotch whiskies produced for export markets.

The bottles were inherited and conserved by the seller, the collector’s son.
