Description

A bottle of Stuart's 12 Year Old Rare Old blended Scotch whisky, sealed with a cork stopper. This was matured in oak casks for 12 years and blended and bottled by Stuart Macnair & Co., and imported to New Zealand by Murray Roberts & Co., Ltd. We estimate this was bottled in the 1950s.

This bottle is from a large collection built up during the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s and early 1970s.

The New Zealand based collection is mainly comprised of blended Scotch whiskies and early Single Malt Scotch whiskies produced for export markets.

The bottles were inherited and conserved by the seller, the collector’s son.
