A bottle of The Balvenie 25 Year Old Triple Cask, matured in a combination of olosoro sherry, first fill bourbon, and traditional whisky casks.

The Balvenie distillery was founded in 1889 by whisky pioneer William Grant, and has been in the same family for five generations. Today, it is one of the few family-owned distilleries in Scotland, producing whisky in a traditional style; using local barley where possible, and still maintaining their own malting floor.
