Description

A bottle of Marc De Bourgogne bottled by Mercurey based négociant Roger de Jouennes. We estimate this was bottled in the 1960s to 1970s.

Marc is a type of brandy produced by pressing the grape skins, seeds and pulp left over from wine production. This is then distilled and, in some cases, aged in oak casks before bottling.
