Description

A bottle of Dow's 1985 Vintage Port, bottled in 1987.

Dow’s was one of the first port companies to recognise the importance of vineyard ownership in port production, with Quinta do Bomfim considered to be one of the finest properties in the Douro valley. Acquired in 1896, it is the oldest quinta (or wine farm) in continuous ownership and forms the heart of all Dow's full Vintage Ports.
