Description

A bottle of Savanna 2001 single cask rum from Réunion Island, bottled by Rum Nation in 2016.

This is bottle number 016 of 480; it was bottled from cask number 29.

Rum Nation was founded in 1999 by Fabio Rossi, chairman of independent whisky bottler Wilson & Morgan. Whilst sampling some whisky casks in Scotland, Fabio came across some old barrels of British Guyana and Jamaican rum which sparked the idea for Rum Nation, a range showcasing the best rums of the Caribbean with an emphasis on regional style.
