A bottle of 2003 Jacaranda Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon, from South Australia's cool climate Coonawarra district, a strip of red, free-draining 'terra rossa' soil. This is a blend of between five and ten individual batches of Coonawarra fruit, from at least four different vineyards.
