Glenlivet Archive Bottled 1990s - Last EU Duty Free Sale 100cl / 43%

A litre bottle of The Glenlivet Archive, a 15 year old expression made from casks selected by Bill Lamb.

This particular bottle was purchased on board the P&O Stena Line ferry Canterbury on a Calais to Dover crossing. It was the last duty-free sale made on 30 June 1999, the day before duty-free shopping within the EU came to an end.

The back label is signed and dated by the pursar of the ship to confirm these details: D Swansborough, Pursar, 30-6-99, 23:59.

Also included is a copy of a letter from P & O Stena Line to confirm that this was the last duty-free bottle to be sold on the ferry.

All proceeds from this sale will be donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (charity number 1160024).
