Description

This lot contains two bottles of rosé Non Vintage Champagne from George Goulet. We estimate these were bottled in the 1960s to 1970s. These were imported into Italy by Giovinetti Intercontinental Brands.

Condition

Please see images for fill level and label condition. These appear to have good fill levels. Please note that this bottle contains some sediment. As this is a mature Champagne it is likely that it has lost its bubbles naturally over time. It is also natural for the liquid to have oxidised and become darker.

This lot is offered for historical interest rather than for human consumption.

Note the absence of a condition statement does not imply that this lot is in perfect condition or free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of ageing.

This bottle does not appear to be leaking. While we take every care to pack bottles securely we cannot guarantee that old corks and closures will not leak in transit.
