A bottle of Louis Roederer Cristal Vintage 1967 Champagne.
The 1967 is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, and was described by Champagne critic Richard Juhlin in 1999 as 'incredibly good, with all the classic Cristal aromas....Definitely the best wine of the vintage.'
Please see images for fill level and label condition. Please note that this bottle contains some sediment. This appears to have a good fill level.
As this is a mature Champagne it is likely that it has lost its bubbles naturally over time. It is also natural for the liquid to have oxidised and become darker. This lot is offered for historical interest rather than for human consumption.
Note the absence of a condition statement does not imply that this lot is in perfect condition or free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of ageing.
This bottle does not appear to be leaking. While we take every care to pack bottles securely we cannot guarantee that old corks and closures will not leak in transit.
