A bottle of Diplomatico Batch Kettle Rum, distilled in March 2011 and bottled as a part of the Distillery Collection No.1.

This is bottle number 4847 of 5000; it was bottled from cask number 4.

This rum was made solely in the Batch Kettle Still that was brought to Diplomatico's La Miel distillery in 1959. This semi-continuous distillation system is originally from Canada, where it was employed in the production of whisky.
