A bottle of Hampden 8 Year Old Jamaica rum. This was distilled in 2009, matured in a single cask, and bottled by The Rum Cask in 2018. This was selected by rum blogs Rumboom, Single Cask Rum, and Barrel Aged Thoughts.

The DOK mark is used by Hampden to describe rums that have been distilled with an ester concentration of 1500-1600g/hl AA, the maximum allowed by the Jamaican government.
