A bottle of 1964 Blason de France Champagne from Perrier Jouët. This is a 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay blend.

As this is a mature Champagne it is likely that it has lost its bubbles naturally over time. It is also natural for the liquid to have oxidised and become darker.

This lot is offered for historical interest rather than for human consumption.

This bottle does not appear to be leaking. While we take every care to pack bottles securely we cannot guarantee that old corks and closures will not leak in transit.
