The label reads: A fine old rum from the British West Indies, Distilled by Caroni Limited, planters, sugar manufacturers & distillers, Trinidad.

Warranted and distributed by Tate & Lyle Ltd., 21 Mincing Lane, London, EC1.

We estimate this was bottled in the 1960s.
