Description

A 37.5cl bottle of Buffalo Trace 17 Year Old from the Experimental Collection. This rum was distilled in April 1991, matured in charred white oak barrels and bottled on 17 July 2008.

This bottling explores how stave drying time affects rum. In this case, the oak staves were air-dried for 6 months.
