Description

A bottle of Worthy Park 151 Proof White Jamaica rum. This underwent an extremely long fermentation of three months before distillation in a double retort pot still, built by Forsyths and installed at Worthy Park in 2005. This was bottled in 2015 at 75.5% ABV.

The back label carries a warning, marked by a skull and crossbones: Don't drink neat, only to use in cocktails.
