T R Montgomery Blended 1914 Bottled 1960 - Edinburgh Crystal Decanter 75cl

A bottle of 1914 Blended Scotch Whisky, bottled by T R Montgomery and presented in an Edinburgh crystal decanter with stopper.

This includes a note from the bottler which reads: The Scotch Whisky contained in this crystal decanter was blended in 1914 when Distilling and Blending was an art carried out by dedicated craftsmen.

This whisky was allowed to mature in ideal conditions until in 1960 it was decided that it had reached its peak and was ready for bottling, this was carried out at natural strength and colour, there have been no additives to the whisky since it was distilled.

T.R. Montgomery, has been employed in the Scotch Whisky industry since 1936 his signature guarantees the age and authenticity of this Scotch Whisky. Signed. T R Montgomery, 22nd October, 1979.
