A bottle of Moët & Chandon Dry Imperial 1971 vintage Champagne.
The 1971 vintage produced a small crop of excellent wines in Champagne, described by wine author Michael Broadbent as 'at its best the epitome of elegance.'
There is no ABV or size stated on the label.
Please see images for label condition. Note wear to labels. This appears to have a good fill level.
Mature Champagne is likely to lose its bubbles naturally over time. It is also natural for the liquid to have oxidised and become darker.
Note the absence of a condition statement does not imply that this lot is in perfect condition or free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of ageing.
This bottle does not appear to be leaking. While we take every care to pack bottles securely we cannot guarantee that old corks and closures will not leak in transit.
