Description

A bottle of Château de Fontainebleau 1811 Vieille Fine Champagne Cognac. This is sealed with a cork covered in wax. The label reads 'Cave de L'Empereur', and the shoulder is embossed with an 'N' and a crown.

Château de Fontainebleau is located 55km south of Paris and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The medieval castle and subsequent palace served as a residence for the French monarchs from Louis VII to Napoleon III.
