A 50cl bottle of Wenjun Chinese White Spirit (Baijiu) in a presentation box.

Baijiu is a Chinese spirit distilled from fermented grains, usually sorghum. The name means 'white (clear)' spirit', and it is the most widely consumed spirit in the world. It is traditionally served neat in small glasses.

The Wenjun distillery is located in the wine county of Qionglai within China's southwest province of Sichuan. White spirits have been produced here for over 450 years. Today, a majority of Wenjun is owned by luxury goods conglomerate LVMH.
