A bottle of Taittinger 1961 Brut Rosé Champagne. This was bottled for Italian importer Ennio Pescarmona.

A 100% pinot noir bottling from Taittinger, and probably the precursor to the luxury cuvee Comtes de Champagne.

Condition

As this is an older Champagne it is likely that it has lost its bubbles naturally over time. It is also natural for the liquid to have oxidised and become darker.
