A bottle of the second batch of The Balvenie Tun 1509. This is a vatting of malts matured in sherry butts, sherry hogsheads, and American oak barrels and hogsheads, and all married together in Tun 1509 by Malt Master David Stewart. This includes a chart describing the flavour profiles of the different cask types.
