Description

A bottle of Ardbeg Galileo. This was imported to the USA by Möet Hennessy, New York, USA.

Galileo is a celebration of the experiment whereby small quantities of Ardbeg spirit were sent into space at the end of 2011 to understand how whisky ages under zero gravity.

Ardbeg Galileo was released in 2012 and is made up of spirit distilled in 1999, some of which spent its full term of maturation in casks that previously held Marsala.
