The first release in a series from Glenfarclas celebrating the Grant family's six generations of ownership. This edition is dedicated to John Grant (1805-1889) who purchased the distillery in 1865.

This whisky was distilled on 23 September 1966, matured in three fino sherry casks, and bottled on 18 December 2013.
