A bottle of Reflection Choice Demerara Rum from Rigby & Evens Ltd. This was specially selected and bottled by Burrows & Sturgess, we estimate in 1947 or 1948.

The front label reads:

Produce of the British Empire. British Guiana. Imported and distributed under the authority of His Majesty's Government. Maximum price 27/- per bottle.

The back label reads:

In order to ensure regular supplies, it is absolutely essential that you return this bottle to: Severns' Curzon Street, Derby.

The lower back label reads: Budget - November 1947. The authorized price of this bottle is increased by 5/-.
