Description

A bottle of Caroni 1999 Trinidad rum. This was matured in the tropics in Spanish brandy and sherry casks in Europe, and bottled in 2015 by Rum Nation.

This is a limited edition of 4480 bottles.

Rum Nation was founded in 1999 by Fabio Rossi, chairman of independent whisky bottler Wilson & Morgan. Whilst sampling some whisky casks in Scotland, Fabio came across some old barrels of British Guyana and Jamaican rum which sparked the idea for Rum Nation, a range showcasing the best rums of the Caribbean with an emphasis on regional style.
