A litre bottle of Anetolo Soluzione Alcolica, produced by Chimico Farmaceutico Militare, Italy, and bottled at 60% ABV. We estimate this was bottled in the 1960s.

Anethole (Anetolo) is an organic compound widely used as a flavouring substance. It contributes largely to the flavour of anise and fennel.
