Eden Mill Burns Day 2017 2 Year Old 20cl

A 20cl bottle of 2 year old spirit from Eden Mill distillery. This was distilled from three barley varieties: Golden Promise Pale Malt, Crystal Malt, and Brown Malt, and was matured in American Virgin oak cask for two years, the very first casks filled by this new distillery in 2014.

This comes with a tasting glass and lid.

While this has not been matured for the 3 years required by law to earn the name Scotch Whisky, the producers offer this young spirit as an indication of what to expect from the first single malt, due for release in 2017 to 2018.
