This lot features two sherries from Gonzalez Byass:

A 37.5cl bottle of Matusalem Oloroso Dulce - an intensely sweet sherry blended from Palomino and Pedro Ximenez fruit and aged in solera for over 25 years.

A 75cl bottle of Tio Pepe En Rama - a dry, unfiltered and unclarified fino sherry. Note: the label suggests this is best off consumed within 3 months of its May 2012 bottling date, though some connoisseurs claim it develops complex, nutty characters as it continues to mature.
