A bottle of Caperdonich 30 Year Old from independent bottler Signatory. This was distilled on 3 December 1968, matured in a single cask, and bottled on 4 November 1999 as one of Signatory's Millennium Editions.

This is bottle number 81 of 260; it was bottled from cask number 3560.

Built in 1897, the distillery was originally known as Glen Grant 2. When it was rebuilt in 1965 it was given the name Caperdonich, which means The Secret Well. The distillery was mothballed in 2002, and demolished in 2011, with one set of stills moving to Belgian Owl distillery.
