Description

When a sneaky ex-Kilchoman cask found its way to the distillery in a shipment of bourbon barrels, the quota of ex-peated casks had already been filled. So, to waste not, an experiment was born to finish our Jamaican white rum for a few years and make a one-of-a-kind spirit. The rum is an 80/20 blend of medium to high ester rums with three distillates from three different Jamaican distilleries. A combination of 80% pot and column still and 20% funky Jamaican pot still. For 3 years and 3 months this rum rested at our distillery in a 2nd fill Kilchoman single malt cask. Islay's only Single Farm Scotch whisky.

Non chill filtered. No colouring. It's just really funked up.
